ᐅ Dennert Solid Construction (Concrete Building Method) – A Viable Alternative?

ThierseWe would like to build with a prefabricated house provider. Since one floor has to be built into a slope, a solid construction house would be our first choice.
1. Who has experience with Dennert solid construction houses? I have only found limited information about it in the forum.
2. This company offers prefabricated houses made of concrete (modular construction). However, the concrete exterior walls are only 10 cm (4 inches) thick, with the rest being insulation. Isn’t that a bit too "thin"? What do the structural engineers and building experts say about this?

Follow the links to "Related Topics" below your post. If I remember correctly, this manufacturer is known for having rather limited flexibility in modifying their standard floor plans (but otherwise they seem to make a decent impression).
Solid and "finished" does not necessarily mean concrete; there are also several providers of prefabricated houses using aerated concrete wall panels.

It depends on what the structural engineer advises.
No water issues,
Soil classes 5 and 6
13 m (43 feet) height difference
Average slope angle behind the house is 42%
The wall on the slope is waterproof concrete with a lot of reinforcement, 30 cm (12 inches) thick.
The foundation slab is also slightly thicker with a lot of reinforcement.
The rest of the house is solid wood construction.
