Hello, no idea why my last thread was deleted... I wanted to position the access points myself in my floor plan to see how the Wi-Fi range changes. Someone had already done something like this for me in the deleted thread (which is now gone). However, I can’t add any access points at all because I don’t have a system running?!?? Is there a way to do this in a demo mode or something? I haven’t found any information about this.

Quick question,
which file formats can the software import?
Regards, Daniel Google Maps, .gif, .jpg, .png.
You then measure the longest possible distance on your plan using a line.
After that, you can trace all the walls.
Unfortunately, there is only a limited selection of walls available.

Which software version are you using?

If you are using Windows as your operating system, you might still have the older version installed as a "Windows Service" – it’s worth checking the shortcut you use to start the controller. Look into the properties and check the file path.
By default, the user folder is always used for installation, even if the old installation is located elsewhere. Therefore, your shortcut might simply be launching the old version instead of the new one.
