Spiegel9924 Jan 2021 23:34Hello dear forum community!
After planning with an architect, I am now looking for a construction company for the shell construction. So far, I have been quietly following the discussions, including from users who apparently come from the Middle Franconia region (Zaba12). Unfortunately, I am not able to contact anyone yet, so I am starting a small inquiry here... Could colleagues from that area or surrounding region recommend shell builders they have had good experiences with (PLV) via private message?
I look forward to any responses! Thank you very much!

Just yesterday, I posted again https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/tipps-hausbaufirmen-in-bawue-sued.37824/page-3#post-466148 about the risks you take when you forgo expert support. Since you already involved an architect in the planning phase, you seem to be on the right track, and I think you should continue with that approach.

Unfortunately, I can’t message anyone yet, so I’m starting this small inquiry here... Could colleagues from that region or service area recommend shell builders by private message with whom they had good experiences (PLV)? First, there is a forum section called “Experiences with Construction Company XYZ,” where companies from the greater Nuremberg / Fürth / Lauf area have surely been discussed several times. Second, if you can’t send private messages yet, you probably can’t receive them either. Since we don’t know if you can be easily reached by traditional email as I can (my member name is followed by gmx de), your other option is to tag your preferred communication partners directly in this thread—meaning instead of writing something like (Zaba12), write @Zaba12. This way, the member receives a notification that you mentioned them and will notice your question.

Google "Kaiser Bau Weisendorf." They don’t need an online presence.
You should still look for a structural contractor together with your architect. My architect and the structural contractor knew each other and had worked together several times. This way, there is always an expert who reviews the offer and can make adjustments if needed.
There is an offer that can be accepted. On request, a discount is possible, nothing more.

My initial post was a bit brief. We have just submitted the application and are currently considering how to proceed. A general contractor (GC) for the remainder or an architect—at least for the entire shell construction phase or possibly more. If we continue with the architect, information about the shell builder and other trades will not be wasted.

No matter how things move forward, nothing will happen this year. There’s no point in having any illusions about that.
The main thing is to have the building permit / planning permission for the child benefit subsidy secured. Otherwise, it would be a waste of money.
So, good luck.

General contractor for the rest or architectI don’t see any "or" there: I would never let a general contractor manage the construction themselves, otherwise the architect would almost be pointless. A general contractor as the main contractor is fine and I would never rule that out, whether for the entire construction project or just for the shell.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
