Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me?
I need something to remove stubborn limescale in the toilet.

The following product has already been ruled out (did not work):
Toilet bowl tablets (from DM-Drogerie Markt) – with 3-phase power

I would appreciate any suggestions!
Best regards

Where is the lime scale located? If it’s under the rim, soak an old dishcloth thoroughly with vinegar essence, wedge it into the rim, and let it sit overnight. In the morning, remove it and rinse; repeat if necessary.

Boil 1-2 liters (1-2 quarts) of water in the kettle with 2-3 tablespoons of amidosulfonic acid and pour it into the toilet.

Afterwards, the kettle will also be descaled.

Grandma’s home remedy is citric acid, right? Just buy a kilogram (2.2 pounds) and pour it into the toilet.
No, but I think Neige is right about the vinegar... I found some instructions:

Simply pour half to a whole bottle of vinegar essence (depending on the level of dirt, available at supermarkets for about 2 euros) into a pot and heat it strongly.

Carefully pour the hot solution into the toilet bowl. The limescale will practically dissolve. For stubborn areas, soak a cloth in it and let it sit.

Buy citric acid at the drugstore. It will cost you about 2€ and last for 1-2 years.
