Hi,
we decided on a coated glass shower enclosure. Already after 8 weeks, there are lime scale stains on it that are very difficult to remove. According to the instructions, you should use a glass cleaner, but that doesn’t work at all. How can I remove these lime scale stains, and what kind of cleaning cloth should I use? I’ve heard microfiber isn’t good...
Thanks in advance!

Sekusept is even from our company and is an alkaline product. You can find acid, for example, in vinegar—hence acetic acid. However, it is very aggressive and can damage the material. Look for acidic sanitary cleaners in a drugstore or supermarket. Usually, amidosulfonic acid is used, which has excellent immediate limescale dissolving properties. However, you should wet the grout lines beforehand because grout consists mainly of lime and can be attacked.
If the limescale is already crusted, it will be difficult to remove.
