That depends on the specifications in the building description; in my opinion, electric roller shutters are usually not part of the standard package.
I consider the price mentioned by the previous poster to be unrealistic. Electric roller shutters with a switch cost around €250-300 (approximately $270-$320), and with a central control system, an additional €100-150 (about $110-$160), depending on the supplier; both prices include labor and materials.

TylerDurden30 May 2011 20:53Sorry if my answer was a bit unclear. I assumed the question was about the price difference between electric blinds with central control and regular electric blinds. In my case, 110 euros were quoted for that.
The price difference between electric blinds and "manual" blinds was 225 euros per window. So, the 110 euros were an additional cost on top of that, which means my total is roughly within the price range mentioned by the construction expert.
