Those who are currently planning a photovoltaic system or installing one in February should take a look at the Solar Peak Law.
In times of negative electricity prices, it seems that there will no longer be any compensation, or operators will be forced to limit the system’s output. From my perspective, this means that photovoltaic systems without storage will likely no longer be economical compared to those with storage.
Our (storage-free) system will be installed on the roof this week, and I hope we can commission it before the deadline for the law to take effect.

I received the smart meter together with the inverter. Probably because I reported consumption above 6000 kWh.

DaGoodness10 Feb 2025 13:36Last week, a representative from the utility company came to install a smart metering system.
They found that there was no space left in the panel for the additional hardware required because the reserved APZ area for the utility was blocked by a small submeter for our heat pump.
They left without completing the installation and said we should schedule a new appointment once the meter has been relocated and the area cleared.
It’s unfortunate that our electrician won’t have time for such a minor job before summer. *grin*
