Hello,

unfortunately, the development plan only allows me to build a 60cm (24 inches) high garden wall.
My plot is not level; I have to raise the ground by about 2m (6.5 feet).

Now my question: does anyone have a 1.4m (4.6 feet) high embankment?
If yes, are there any problems with soil erosion or is everything quite easy?

Regards

There is no alternative left.

Frame Challenge: Do you really have to fill in everything?
We have a slightly steeper slope than expected and, according to the current plan, we will not be filling the entire plot. Instead, we will use a small retaining wall at the terrace to hold back part of it and then create a gentle slope at the boundary.
Otherwise, I can recommend the book "Der neue große Gartenplaner" by Peter Wirth for this topic. It includes an entire chapter on terrain modeling.

It depends on the fastening method and the slope.
60 degrees will slip and is not maintainable.

Save yourselves the trouble... there are already two threads with around a hundred posts each on this topic, including https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/bau-von-2-stuetzmauern-bebauungsplan-bw.41758/

To put it politely, I’d say the learning curve is much less steep than the terrain 🙄
