Hello,
I recently visited a local fireplace installer to get advice and initial rough pricing for our new build project. I was quite shocked when he said that the smallest panoramic fireplace would cost over €10,000 (about $11,000).
So my question to you: Does anyone know of a good and affordable manufacturer of so-called panoramic fireplaces? Kits are also welcome since the budget, as mentioned, is quite far from the initial offer :/
For those interested, the quote was from Hark.
We are not looking for a fireplace with water heating or other fancy features. It should simply be an "ambient fireplace," so heating capacity and similar factors are not important.
Thanks in advance!

We had an H&M wood stove installed in our hallway two weeks ago. H&M Evo L with an oak base and heat-retaining stones, including a new chimney. The total cost was 4800 EUR all-in. It looks really stylish and cozy, especially together with the roof 🙂taschenonkel schrieb:

...And until now, I thought H&M only sold clothes...T

The price is great. But the pipe would really bother me.The pipes can also be connected at the back. Then you only see about 10 cm (4 inches) of the pipe from the side at the back. Still, the comment is quite original: “There must be a chimney, but no visible pipe please,” considering it is such an important component. A chimney without a pipe doesn’t work 😉pagoni2020 schrieb:
I like it that way. A distinctive design is often more attractive than any “standard” one.I’m not particularly fond of the cube-shaped designs either, although I do like “modern” and Bauhaus/purism styles. But I find that the stoves in a similar price range, which are installed in many houses and also shown here, tend to be mass-produced. With built-in cassette inserts, you can create unique eye-catchers and feature walls. Unfortunately, most rooms (and budgets) don’t have enough space for that. However, I understand why many opt for the smaller, still affordable version to put against the wall.Similar topics
