ᐅ A company specializing in solid construction homes in Brandenburg, east of Berlin?

Hello to all experienced members,

My family and I are looking for reliable solid construction home builders, preferably close to Berlin in eastern Brandenburg.
We already own a plot of land and are ready to build from the ground up. We have had some discussions so far and are currently undecided between larger and smaller companies. Do you have any good recommendations?
Also, any feedback on companies like Helma or Massivhaus.One would be helpful. These are our current favorites—one large, one small!??

Then choose between "large" and "small," but don’t directly compare the two categories (such a comparison would always be flawed). Within each category—"large" and "small"—you have found your favorites, and in my opinion, neither is a bad choice. Now go to the final round: either Helma (with a comparison/control offer from Large 2) or Massivhaus.One (similarly against Small 2).

Where does the statement "neither is a bad choice" come from? That’s the exciting part 🙂

No, from my point of view, they are both apples (or both oranges), mainly differing in size.

Interesting only in the sense that we neither know how you arrived at the conclusion to have these two as favorites, nor who was eliminated in the preliminary round against them or at least came in second (which you don’t have to clarify if you don’t want to).

How far is East Brandenburg for you? We moved into our new house on Saturday. It’s 10 km (6 miles) from the Polish border. For me, this is East Brandenburg and not the eastern commuter belt 😉
