The plan is as follows:
9,000 m² (2.2 acres) plot of land (already purchased)
Approx. 165–190 m² (1,775–2,045 sq ft) living space
Approx. 80 m² (860 sq ft) single garage
Heat pump with underfloor, ceiling, and wall heating (optional)
Ventilation system
All windows with blinds, plus an additional mesh for darkening
Planned budget is open
Photovoltaic system with approx. 15 kWp
Contractors will be involved, but with some owner participation (construction time therefore about 3 years)
Both staircases lead to the upper floor, but this will not be finished.
The staircase inside the house leads only to a small hallway. No other rooms.
The garage staircase leads to the technical room.
All paths/passages inside the house have a minimum width of 1.20 m (4 ft)
I created the drawing myself, so the measurements are not 100% accurate.
A professional planner will finalize the plans later.
I didn’t want to spend too much time learning the software.

No.
My wife and I live in the house alone.
There should only be a space for my mother.
It could also be for a child.
If more than two people are going to live here, I would redesign the parent/child/mother area. There is clearly a lack of privacy separation, which can cause discomfort over time.
Is the room with 4.46m² (48 sq ft) for the guests a bathroom?

I would try to design the mother/child/whatever area as a separate section.
For me, the parents’ area is a Regarding the mother topic.
My mother is not moving in there; it’s an "emergency" room. Nothing more, nothing less.

Where do the stairs lead? This was already mentioned above.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks 🙂

I like unconventional floor plans, but if you just multiply roughly, you get about 33 m x 9 m footprint of the house: 300 m² (garage, storage room, and hobby room within the thermal envelope)! Quite something. It will be 270 m² (2900 sq ft).
If I build a bungalow with 160 m² (1700 sq ft) and a double garage, I’d probably reach about the same.

Long walking distances are unavoidable. Are you sure you want your dressing room in a corridor? Yes, it saves space. Otherwise, we’d need one more room.
OK, you could also just call it the "mother" room.

Curious: What’s your hobby in the hobby room? Gardening. With 9000 m² (2.2 acres), you definitely need something 🙂

Well, it definitely won’t be cheap. We’ll see. I think we’ll save quite a bit through doing some work ourselves.
We’ll do the masonry ourselves (not the cladding), also heating and electrical work, .....

Yeah, I can spot a few sins here 😉 The cats have their own garage and more square meters than the mother 😀 What can I say 🙂 But see above.

- How often will the guest room "mother" be used? Do you want to share dressing room and bathroom? The room will be used 99% by us.
face26 schrieb:
What is that narrow dressing room about? That’s because it’s actually a corridor.
I wouldn’t know how to do it differently. Plus, I don’t find it bad *hmm*

- Why the boomerang shape in general? (We talked about this some time ago @11ant?) It gives us a great view of the forest and meadows 😉

But we will stay as a couple.

Is the 4.46m² (48 ft²) room for guests actually a restroom? Yes, a small guest restroom with a shower.

The boomerang shape? (Didn't we discuss this a while ago @11ant?) I need to search longer for the last example, the second to last one is here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/efh-200m-in-winkelbauweise-45.33952/

The path from the entrance to the bedroom reminds me of my time in the military. Do you also hang fire buckets on the walls?
Aside from that: Were there any specific questions about this floor plan? As has already been mentioned here, it is *very* unusual and far from economical. As is often the case, you should first at least roughly define your budget—even if it says that will come later. There is always a limit, and for this project, it must be quite high—whether or not you plan to do some work yourself.
