Hello,
Does anyone have a tip for affordable pleated blinds (plissé) wider than 1.50m (5 feet), which is usually the maximum? I need 1.65m (5.4 feet) for a fixed glazing section (window strip) and, if possible, a mounting method that doesn’t require drilling. Or would you drill into the frame for installation?
Thanks!

MHZ is definitely a well-known quality brand. I’m not sure if you can really notice the difference. I’m quite okay with the small holes in the windows. As I mentioned before, we paid just under 100€ (about $110) per window. An employee also came with sample cases and parts and took all the measurements. Two installers came for the installation, and they would return for maintenance—whatever that might involve (possibly retightening, etc.). Of course, you pay for the service as well. For me, it was worth it. Otherwise, you can measure and install everything yourself and potentially save some money.

If you own your own house, you should be able to do things like that yourself

and also the drive to take such things into your own hands.
...For other things, I have more “drive” 🙂ivenh0 schrieb:
A silly question. What are those parts used for? From a visual standpoint, they look awful. In our new housing development, they are exactly on the houses that saved money on the blinds. In the bathroom, I would prefer a frosted film. What do you mean by "Jalousie"? Surely you don’t mean those rattling slatted blinds with a stick to turn them?

... Are pleated blinds really a crime?
