Hello everyone,
We are currently at the shell construction stage and are thinking about how to manage all the waste in the kitchen: plastic, organic waste, paper, glass, and general trash. Our current kitchen is practically full because of this.
We have considered installing a waste chute in the exterior kitchen wall to directly dispose of the waste into the outdoor bins. This would mean having five small openings with pipes in the wall, and outside, the waste bins would be placed under the pipes to be filled directly. You could simply throw the waste into the wall from the kitchen, and it would be gone.
Has anyone had experience with this or built something like it themselves?

Something like this, just smaller for the kitchen.

Used glass is stored in the utility room with the beverages.
Waste paper, residual waste, and plastic are kept under the sink. These are usually emptied once a week.
Organic waste is collected in a bowl and taken out in the morning on the way to the car.
When I think about my maggot problem in summer, ugh...
Just the idea that they come up through the flap is disgusting. And what are my wren birds supposed to eat?
Or the pet that tears open the yellow bags. Eventually, it will end up sitting in the kitchen one day.

Like at a bank counter, for example, you simply pull it out, put the trash in, and slide it back into the chute. The chute is sealed, and on the other side the trash falls into the bin. But well... if not, then not.

The pipe is sealed, and on the other side, it just falls into the trash bin. But well... if that’s the case, so be it. But this isn’t about trash—it’s about clean materials in defined dimensions. Sometimes I even take out the trash multiple times a day. It’s no problem; such a bag is easy to take along on the way to work, daycare, or shopping.

(Here, we only have bags and no bins for plastic) Yes, yes, the people from BSR kept telling me that too. A week later, the bin was placed in front of the property and has been emptied without any issues since—although the rule in that area is “bags only”!

I have one, you just need to get it approved.Sorry for going off-topic, I’m not allowed to send private messages yet.
Who do you get it approved by? My wife wants one too!
Thanks and regards

Who do you get the approval from? In Germany, there is no land approval. It is prohibited. Each municipality regulates this in its own wastewater statute.
This is stated for Berlin:
(2) The following must not be discharged into public drainage systems: ..., b) liquid and solid substances that can block or hinder the cleaning of the drainage systems, including waste from waste grinders.
Whether you can get an exemption can be confirmed by the BWB.
