Hello everyone,

According to our building contract, the exterior window sills will be made of aluminum. For an additional cost, it is also possible to get granite window sills. I have always been against aluminum window sills because I am worried that you will constantly hear the rain hitting the aluminum.

What have your experiences been, or what did you install?

Well, my neighbor is complaining about the dripping onto his aluminum sheets from the upper floor...

We have a granite roof and are happy with it.

Anthracite, the same color as the windows, I can take a picture in daylight tomorrow. The additional cost was absolutely reasonable; it is about 31 meters x 12 euros.

I have stainless steel, and it is very loud when it rains ... never again a metal windowsill

Granite and aluminum, without disturbing noise.
