ᐅ Why does the red provider build exclusively using AWP?

Hello,
why does the large well-known developer build their KFW 55 houses (we like the promotional house V1 without any floor plan changes, except for the staircase, and with our additional ideas we still stay within our budget) only with an exhaust air heat pump (Nibe F 755)?
Is the Nibe system especially cost-effective for them, or is it also economically viable for the homeowner in the medium term?
What is the actual economic benefit of the 3.3 kWp photovoltaic system with the 2.8 kWh battery?

As long as the plot of land is unknown or a geotechnical soil report is not available, manufacturers of prefabricated houses (and basically anyone else) can only provide rough price estimates. Very few have a crystal ball in the office.

The additional costs often mentioned here, between 35,000 and 40,000 EUR, are quite realistic, assuming no unexpected issues arise or, on the other hand, if there are special circumstances that reduce costs.

Sorry, the plot should theoretically be known to both providers. At least, I have shown photos, a cadastral map, the sun path, and the conditions of the neighboring properties.
We are calculating additional construction costs at around 50-60k € including carport, parquet flooring, painting, outdoor facilities, and access paths.
The soil report will be completed in two weeks.

Foundation costs cannot be determined by appearance alone. Therefore, a geotechnical survey is definitely the right approach.

Electricity costs will be significantly higher in winter, even with photovoltaic panels. This is mainly because heating is needed when solar output is lower.

Unfortunately, this is the case with any photovoltaic/electric heating system.

Hello everyone,
the preliminary purchase agreement for the plot of land has failed on the seller’s side. We are back to square one. After getting information here and elsewhere, we learned that we will not need photovoltaic panels for a KfW 55 house. However, there will still be an air-to-water heat pump with high efficiency and a very well-insulated building envelope. We just need to find the right plot of land.

..."only" the suitable plot...

Good luck!

Until then, you can take some time to learn about what a developer, a general contractor, and a turnkey contractor are, and what the specific differences between them are. ;-) Good luck!
