Hello.
Does anyone here have a gas heating system with controlled mechanical ventilation without needing a solar system? The planner of our general contractor said it’s possible, the general contractor said it’s not, I read in the forum that it is, and finally, the building consultant from an association said it’s not... Is there anyone in the forum who didn’t need a solar system?

Under certain circumstances, it can be possible if you include a renewable component (for example, a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery) and, if necessary, take compensatory measures (for example, increased insulation)… but that does not mean it has to be economically viable…

Hello. I have often read that it might be possible under certain circumstances. Has anyone here actually managed to comply with the 2016 Energy Saving Ordinance using only the controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery?

This is the standard house of our general contractor and will also be built like this in our new building project.
