PäddaHello.
Does anyone here have a gas heating system with controlled mechanical ventilation without needing a solar system? The planner of our general contractor said it’s possible, the general contractor said it’s not, I read in the forum that it is, and finally, the building consultant from an association said it’s not... Is there anyone in the forum who didn’t need a solar system?

Under certain circumstances, it can be possible if you include a renewable component (for example, a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery) and, if necessary, take compensatory measures (for example, increased insulation)… but that does not mean it has to be economically viable…

Hello. I have often read that it might be possible under certain circumstances. Has anyone here actually managed to comply with the 2016 Energy Saving Ordinance using only a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery? This is the standard house of our general contractor and will also be built like this in our new building project.
