Hello everyone,
I’m not even sure where to start 😀, so I’ll just ask openly here 🙂
Which providers are recommended and affordable for building a KfW 70 single-family home? (Southern Germany)
Is it even possible to build or have built a KfW house (4 rooms, about 120sqm (1300 sq ft)) with a basement for around 250,000 euros (including all additional costs, so that only the land and possibly new furniture would need to be added)? Flooring, painting, wallpapering, and other small tasks could be done by myself.

Hausbau3330 Apr 2015 20:56I’m not exactly sure how the budget is broken down, but his total budget is 420k.
The plot is in a small village, about 6-7 km (4-4.5 miles) from the workplace (around a 10-minute commute).
If I roughly transfer this to my situation, the calculation should work out like this:
Plot 60k
Garage 20-25k (doesn’t need to be a huge “shed”)
Basement 40k (should be somewhat cheaper than his, right?)
House 140 m² (1500 sq ft) x 1500 €/m² = 210k
Additional building costs 30k
Total 360k, but that’s rounding everything up
Does that seem correct? Or am I making a mistake in the calculation?
