All are still available except for those outlined in red. Yes, it is difficult to make the right choice. Everything has its pros and cons in some way. In terms of house type, and if the local building permit / planning permission allows, we would prefer a townhouse-style villa or a mono-pitched roof house with large window areas, approximately 160 m² (1,720 sq ft) plus a double garage.
