The 600 m² (about 6,460 ft²) plots usually look like this ..That’s why I really like the 655 m² (about 7,050 ft²) ones.
My favorites would be the 655 or 635 plots with the road to the north. The Moosbroksweg seems to be the (relatively) busiest street here and, with its tree lining, it would also block the evening sun. I didn’t want to search through the 2,236 land use plans of the district, but there could be crucial restrictions regarding street trees, driveway locations, or possibly roof ridge directions. Of course, building setback lines would also be interesting. The aerial image gives hope that the site is flat or has a very gently sloping terrain. Otherwise, there might be additional considerations like different eave height requirements for the uphill and downhill sides.
