Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of having a hedge (cherry laurel) planted on my property. I need to water the hedge twice a week.

I am now looking for a good garden hose and nozzle. I think I will need about 50m (165 feet) of hose. Can you recommend anything?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I can’t speak from experience yet, but I plan to install a standard hose and drill holes in the areas where water is needed. There was also a perforated hose like that available at a discount store before.

It is probably the most affordable type of irrigation, but be sure to empty the hose before frost, otherwise the small holes can turn into large cracks.
