Hello,
installing large-format tiles (over 30x60cm [12x24 inches]) involves an additional charge here (more difficult to install, different adhesive, higher labor costs). How much extra have you had to pay, and what size are your tiles? What do you consider reasonable?
Best regards,
Sabine

Steffen8014 Mar 2017 08:47We install 30 x 180 millimeter (1.2 x 7 inch) boards. The base price is 80 EUR per square meter (9.3 per square foot), and with installation 110 EUR per square meter (10.2 per square foot) (from memory and without guarantee).

This, however, does not say anything about a surcharge compared to 30x30. ... but it does say a lot about the surcharges that others here (when building with a general contractor?!) are allowed to pay for trivial extras. The appropriateness of surcharges was among the questions asked.
