Hello everyone.
While browsing the website of the municipality where we plan to buy our plot, I came across a document containing a soil report.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what it means...
I only noticed that a borehole (B3!) is located right next to our property.
Could someone please take a look at the report and share their thoughts?
I have attached a screenshot of the file. I’m also including the full PDF in case anyone wants to study it in detail.

The shell structures standing there were all built without soil replacement as well. I spoke with a homeowner there a few days agoFor our construction project, no soil replacement was carried out either, as indicated by the soil report.
Only a continuous frost barrier was additionally required.
The report also specified the Proctor density to which the soil must be compacted. It further outlined the measures to be taken if the soil in the excavation differs from that encountered in the test boreholes.
Does your report cover all of this? I don’t think so.
So, have one prepared—it costs about 1000 € and is money well spent.
A reputable building company will not start your house without a prior soil investigation.
