We will most likely build our house with Heinz von Heiden.
The ventilation system is standardly installed by Pluggit. It is a central ventilation system with vents at floor level. I thought that was quite impractical since dirt would constantly fall in there. With three cats plus children, that seems unavoidable.

Another construction company recommended the FreeAir100 from BluMartin. It is a hybrid system that installs relatively large ventilation units, but otherwise sounds quite good.
Does anyone here have experience with one or even both systems and can provide us with some guidance for our decision?

You can try searching for BluMartin here. The building expert has apparently recommended and installed it several times.
We have a central ventilation system from Vallox ourselves, and all the ventilation outlets are in the ceilings. I also didn’t want any in the floor. This should actually be possible with any central system, it just costs a bit more because you need longer ducts to reach into the ceiling of the upper floor.

Well, the FreeAir system is a decentralized setup... if I had to choose, I would prefer a central system instead...

Nothing can get into the floor air outlets since air is only flowing out... we have the same, and after three years they still look like new...

P.S. two cats and a child are also in the household...

That is how the manufacturer describes it, yes.

In fact, the way the system works combines the advantages of both types – at least from my subjective point of view.

There is a huge difference between your two providers...

Apart from that, I can hardly imagine that Heinz von Heiden can offer you this system; it doesn’t fit their concept. Therefore, it’s probably pointless to discuss alternatives, since it seems you have already decided in favor of Heinz von Heiden.

How exactly does the BluMartin not fit into the concept? Does it really matter which one is installed?
Precisely because Bauexperte has recommended it several times here, I would like to have it.
