Good evening,
since I have already seen several development plans, I am wondering what the “Z” might mean!?
WA – general residential area OK
I – single-story construction OK
o – open building layout OK
site coverage ratio – 0.3 OK
floor area ratio – 0.5 OK
but what does “Z” mean – ?
No, unfortunately, I don’t have the legend for the development plan at hand
and there is nothing about it in the zoning regulations either.

So, exactly zero floors are allowed I now think that this is not a zero (0) but an o (letter). If you look at the other numbers, for example from the floor area ratio, the zero there looks different.
Maybe the o means "without" or "open," so no restriction?

In practice, this mainly limits the width of terraced housing blocks rather than requiring special consideration for E/D plots.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
