Good evening,
since I have already seen several development plans, I am wondering what the “Z” might mean!?

Detailed development plan: parcels, buildings, streets; playground and zone values WA, GRZ, GFZ.

WA – general residential area OK
I – single-story construction OK
o – open building layout OK
site coverage ratio – 0.3 OK
floor area ratio – 0.5 OK

but what does “Z” mean – ?

No, unfortunately, I don’t have the legend for the development plan at hand
and there is nothing about it in the zoning regulations either.

City map with red building zones, yellow streets, green park area and traffic routes.

It might refer to the roof. A hip roof.
Is this related to one of your other inquiries?
Are you familiar with the plot of land? Then you can find out if that is the case.

No, a tent roof is TR.

But I don’t know either. There is no information about Z available online.

Speculaas: Perhaps the "Z"—similar to floor area ratio and plot ratio—refers to the value "o" next to it for open construction and is meant to indicate the permitted type of development? @Escroda might know more about this.

No. It is a different plot of land.
