Hello everyone,

A few weeks ago, we visited a new housing development where we saw this tree at the entrance area.
Can anyone tell us what type of tree this is?

Also, we would like to know how winter-hardy it is, as it seems to have survived this cold winter without any damage. 🙂

At some point, you have to wonder what exactly makes a tree a tree 😀

Maybe leaves?

How much does one of these cost?
You can’t really say that in general.
I have now looked at several in garden centers and tree nurseries.
There are cypress trees, pines, and many others that grow like this.
Prices start at 50 euros and go up with no limit.
I bought a small one and still need another to put in front of the entrance.

I would not consider these Big Bonsais as trees, but rather as sculptures, and I would display them individually. This way, these artificial objects become desirable pieces that are worth their price again. 🙂

Best regards in brief
