darksunHello,
next Wednesday we have the final inspection of our house scheduled.
We had planned to be accompanied by a friend who is an architect at this appointment.
Unfortunately, they are now unable to attend at short notice due to illness :-(
Does anyone have a recommendation for where we can quickly find an expert or a specialist who can advise us during the house inspection?
It concerns a detached single-family house (prefabricated house) in the Odenwald region, with a basement.

Don’t you know an architect colleague you could recommend?Of course, I have thought of that...Unfortunately, I can’t burden my friend with something like that in his current health condition ( 🙁), and if he does know someone, those colleagues tend to be about 200 meters (125 miles) away...

I also want to avoid a situation where, shortly before the inspection date, something is merely covered up with an "anti-mold paint" or similar, or openings and coverings remain closed off, only for me to discover issues years later...
