I have found that with a (local) solid construction house builder, I get more value for my money. Of course, this is purely subjective, as it is only possible to make a basic comparison based on the description of the construction services. My financial advisor just said that with Weiss, you certainly get a Mercedes, but you also have to pay at least as much as for a Mercedes. For those who want that, Weiss can be the right choice.
