Hello
I am considering having a prefabricated house built. I know this topic has probably been discussed many times here, but I am interested in hearing about your experiences with some manufacturers. Whether negative or positive, all feedback is welcome.
Feel free to contact me via private message.
But please only if you have built with one of the following companies.
Fingerhaus
Schwabenhaus
Hanse Haus
Fertighaus Weiss
Fertighaus Haas
Rensch-Haus
Talbau Haus
I would be very grateful for your help.

That is absolutely correct; nobody is giving you anything for free. In the end, I had the choice between a small Mercedes with 140 m2 (1507 square feet) without a basement or a large Volvo with 175 m2 (1884 square feet) including a basement, and I chose the Volvo and am very satisfied with it.
P.S. Nobody buys Audi anymore these days...

Hello,
I would strongly advise against using Rensch-Haus!
The construction phase went mostly smoothly. However, after three years we experienced the first water damage, and one and a half years later the second water damage occurred. The entire ground floor had to be completely renovated both times, including the screed and so on. Our house was uninhabitable for six months after the first incident, and during the second water damage, we had to leave our home for 10 months. There was no support at all from Rensch-Haus.
So, stay away.
