ᐅ The Norrrsjön sink has been out of stock for weeks...

In almost every store, the sink in the size 54x44cm (21x17 inches) has been out of stock for weeks, if not months. Does anyone have an idea why this is? In Berlin, I was only told that they don’t know when the sink will be available again.

There are significant capacity issues at the manufacturer. Unfortunately, these are expected to continue until January. This also affects other sinks that are currently unavailable.

That's bad news. The kitchen is supposed to be finished in December. I guess I'll have to start looking for an alternative. Thank you.

Maybe you have the option to travel to a neighboring country...
I just checked in the Netherlands, and they have them everywhere. However, it is also more expensive there...

But putting that aside, you don’t necessarily have to buy the sink at Ikea.

Good news: Yesterday they had 12 sinks in stock in Berlin Lichtenberg. I happened to check online, went there immediately, very happy! 😉

Has anyone already installed the sink mentioned?!

We chose the large one, and seriously, parts of it only rest 4mm (0.16 inches) on the countertop? 😱

We’re still puzzled figuring out the installation...
