The apartment above us has been under renovation for weeks. Since Friday, the water pressure in our shower has been so low that it takes me half an hour to rinse my hair. Yesterday, I went upstairs and happened to meet the plumber, who admitted to having replaced some pipes but didn’t offer any real help besides suggesting I buy a new showerhead (which isn’t the issue, since the water pressure is the same at the basin).
In general, we plan to move into our first own home in the near future anyway, but this situation is quite limiting for me, as I have to get up 20 minutes earlier every morning just to wash my hair.
Does anyone have any advice?

During the plumber’s pipe replacement, protective particles may have come loose in the line and are now stuck in the screen.
