I have a pipe running from the basement to the pool equipment room to create a water connection leading outside. This means I now have a pass-through from the basement to the outside. The necessary cables are already installed, but how can I properly seal everything now? I have attached a picture for reference.

Can anyone give me a good tip?
Thanks in advance.

Are both rooms part of the building, or is the pool room located elsewhere on the property?

This is just a small technical shaft by the pool where the pump and filter are located. So, it is not inside the house but outside.

With a split annular space seal. Since the cables are already in place, it must be a split annular space seal.
