ᐅ Room Height: Meaning of the Term "m.i.L." – Does Anyone Know This?

AnNaHF79Hello,
our quote states the following:
Ground floor height:
The ground floor height is set at h=2.56 meters (8 feet 5 inches) clear height (raw dimension, increased due to underfloor heating).
Note: The ground floor height is measured from the top edge of the basement ceiling to the bottom edge of the ceiling above the ground floor.
Does "clear height" refer to the internal height, correct?
What ceiling height can we expect when everything is finished?
Thank you.

Unfortunately, my crystal ball is broken.
Answer b)
It probably depends on the floor structure.
Answer c)
It depends on the thickness of the ceiling plaster.
Answer d)
A combination of a, b, and c.
If I had to guess: around 2.40m (7 ft 10 in)

Actually, the clear height should represent the distance between the bottom edge of the ceiling plaster and the top edge of the finished floor covering, I agree with that, but the term "rough dimension" makes me suspicious, as it seems contradictory to a finished dimension. In my view, the underfloor heating only explains why it is 2.56 m (instead of the usual 2.50 m (8 ft 2 in) perhaps).
