ᐅ “Topping-out ceremony” for a Schwörer prefabricated house??

Hello....
Maybe someone can help me. Tomorrow we are getting our new Schwörer prefabricated house. It will be assembled in two days, and we are very excited. Is there something like the traditional topping-out ceremony for prefab houses as well? Has anyone ever done something like that?

I would appreciate hearing some experiences! After all, a new house should be celebrated!!

Yes, it exists.. ours has already been announced, also for prefab houses!

We are building with Streif Haus.
After the construction day (whether it’s day 1 or 2, I’m not exactly sure), our supervisor will provide some drinks, and I think we will prepare some food as well, but nothing has been planned in detail yet.
