Hello everyone,
As part of renovation work, I would prefer to keep an existing staircase. Unfortunately, we don’t like its appearance. Do you have any ideas on how to refresh a staircase like this? A new handrail is obvious.
Is it possible to coat or paint engineered stone concrete? Looking forward to your suggestions!
Best regards

I would leave the steps as they are, since changes often make things worse instead of better.

Having the carpenter cover that thing shouldn’t be rocket science. But it definitely won’t be cheap.I agree with you on the price, but I would always discuss any changes to the structure with the structural engineer. The vibration behavior is part of the structural analysis, and in my opinion, the steps should not be enclosed.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
