White heating strip on the wall at the bottom with dust on the floor

White household appliance with two holes in the casing on construction site floor, visible building defects

Hello everyone,

we recently bought a house and are a bit unsure about the radiators on the upper floor.
Would you replace them or keep them as they are?
Has anyone seen radiators like these before, and for those who are experienced, what are their advantages and disadvantages? Thanks in advance.

Are they connected to the heating circuit, or are they storage heaters? They look like the ones we had, just painted white.

Thank you for the response. They are connected to the heating circuit. However, they do not necessarily provide effective heating.

Then it’s definitely not the asbestos-containing storage heaters.

If they don’t heat well, get rid of them. That’s my opinion.

To me, these look like simple panel radiators. We used to have them in the office.
In the second photo, they seem to be quite low in height...
But anyway, a panel radiator is a panel radiator. Next time, including a scale would be helpful; right-angled corners always have the same dimensions.

What do you mean by “don’t necessarily heat well” – do the radiators not get warm? Does the room not warm up? Are there objects blocking them?
In principle, these types of units are not bad.
