ᐅ Relocating the heating pipe

Hello,
I would like to reroute my heating supply line.

It comes from the floor (tiles), not from the basement.
There are 2 pipes.
The pipes should be moved about 55cm (22 inches) to the left, to the other wall, so the heater can be installed there.

How complex and expensive would this be?

Here is the picture. The heater is supposed to go on the left side of the wall.
