ᐅ Rattling Noise During Heating System Inspection

Hello,
with our newly installed heating system in the new build, which includes a heat pump, there is a rattling noise. The heating technician said the rattling is a normal sound during operation, possibly a check valve? However, it is very loud and can be heard throughout the entire house, which is quite disturbing for us. Is this a normal noise for a heating system? Attached is a video where you can hear the noise.
