Is there a general estimate of how much the primary energy demand of a house is roughly reduced by installing a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery? Or how is this calculated? Thank you

Go to the U-value section, log in, enter it into the heat demand calculator, and add a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery – there you can then adjust the air exchange rates and the heat recovery efficiency.
