Hello community,
we are currently planning our kitchen and find the lift system from Ninka called Qanto very interesting.

Does anyone have this system installed and can provide feedback on whether this investment is worthwhile?

It would also be interesting to know if there are other systems available or DIY setups, possibly using TV lifts?

Well, you sound very confident about the system. Then go ahead and get it. Or are you involved with the company? ;o)

For me, it wouldn’t be an option. Even a "corner carousel"—even if it’s considered "bad"—makes more sense and is probably less prone to issues. That thing doesn’t really offer much space either. Also, I can't imagine that, even if there were enough room, a heavy stand mixer with all its vibrations would hold up well over time in there. Especially since the mixer also needs a stable base.

What a bold accusation... Typical internet forum...
Of course I’m interested, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked, right?
That’s why I usually just read the forum instead of asking questions.

Should I have asked instead if anyone has installed a TV lift in the kitchen or living room?
That’s unnecessary too, but maybe someone has one and can share their experience.

Just build it in, it’s not that expensive.

From a kitchen planning perspective, such a lift unit is more than dispensable. However, if someone enjoys it, the money is well spent.

The extension time doesn’t matter if you simply leave the lift unit extended while cooking and then retract it afterwards. It doesn’t get in the way like an open drawer or cabinet door, and the countertop area cannot be used otherwise anyway.

@Fummelbrett : The baseless assumption that the original poster might be involved with the manufacturer is an unpleasant approach.

That, in turn, is naive. The original poster has so far posted nothing but enthusiastic praise for this product, including the product name, company name, and a link to the promotional video.
No offense, but that’s exactly how it works.

May I assume out of the blue that you yourself don’t moderate forums? – I really need some heavy-duty earplugs against all these alarm bells.
