Hello,

we are still at the very beginning of our house building project and are currently looking for a plot of land. To make good use of the search time, I am trying to get an overview of the seemingly endless market of prefabricated house suppliers. Therefore, I wanted to ask here in the forum for your opinions on which prefabricated house providers, in your view, offer the best price-performance ratio in Bavaria. To narrow down the scope a bit, the house should be a typical single-family home with 140m2 (1507 sq ft) of living space and a budget of around 300,000 euros (with a basement but without land). Compared to the automotive market, I am looking for something like a Skoda Octavia.

I am curious about your experiences and which providers you would or have preferred.

Weberhaus, Luxhaus, Schwörerhaus, and Klebl are therefore already out.

Why have these providers been excluded?

Why?

Probably because of the 300k including the basement

A budget of 300k including a basement can be completely crossed off. The basement is the most expensive level and also the one where you spend the least amount of time in the end. The advantage is that the technical room disappears from the ground floor, but before I spend 50k on a basement, I would rather invest that money in a slightly larger house if possible.

Phew, then I was lucky after all! A basement and 150m2 (1,615 sq ft) on the upper floor for under 300k, turnkey. Plus additional construction costs.

Which home builder?

We too. 140 m² (1,507 sq ft), inhabited basement, all for under 300,000, and that in Bavaria.
