Hi
I have a general question. You often hear that a lot can go wrong during house construction. Based on your personal experience, how many people (from your experience, if available) are generally happy after building their house? And how many percent experience major problems resulting in damage costs of 50, 100, or 200 thousand euros?
Thank you

Hi
I would like to know how many people are ultimately satisfied with their prefabricated house (small issues are always there, but overall).
Or rather, how many people end up facing major problems with such a prefabricated house, like damages costing 50,000, 100,000, or 200,000 euros.
The reason I’m asking is that I want to assess this properly.
You hear so many different things.
It could be that 40% of people who build a prefabricated house experience serious issues, or maybe only 0.1%.
I can’t judge whether this is a rare exception or a very common occurrence.
