My architect has now created the floor plans for my two-family house. Overall, I think they are quite good, but the first floor is a bit complicated, though the requirements are quite demanding.
Therefore, I would like to ask for your opinions.

Are you still planning to have children? How many? At most one? Then what’s the purpose of the children’s room with an en-suite bathroom? And no bathtub for a toddler... good luck with that—you’ll probably regret it later. If you can fit a shower in your main bathroom, then remove the shower in the guest WC and use that space for the wardrobe. As a homeowner, I wouldn’t like the ground floor layout at all. There are some nice ideas, like the built-in closet in the hallway outside the private rooms, but that’s about it. Why did your nephew and others want a bathtub? Take their experiences as guidance… they wouldn’t suggest it without reason. ;-)
