Hello everyone,

often it’s the small details that ultimately have a big impact on the quality of life and are easily overlooked during the planning phase. What small details should definitely be considered when planning?

For example, a towel radiator for the bathroom—is it practical or not?
Or a central switch for the electric shutters—is that useful or unnecessary?
Should conduits for the air conditioning system be included in the plans from the start or not?

I’m sure you have many more ideas that homeowners should think about already during the planning stage.

Best regards

About 10 sqm (5 sqm (54 sq ft) per floor) of additional living space because the bay window extends beyond the rectangular base of the house. In that sense, it is a dormer, but it actually resembles more of a tower.

When it comes to breaking down the waste, it’s not just the vine stems; it’s everything from the kitchen, including salad leaves, banana peels, and corncobs.

I’m having a hard time picturing it right now.

Part of this mix is wet waste, which in my opinion already becomes "noticeably" odorous even without increasing the surface area. That means shredding leads to more frequent disposal and also requires additional cleaning of the shredder. On the other hand, what’s the benefit? Does it really save that much volume in the bin?

Hmm why? What’s wrong with the view now?

Well, if you illuminate your own facade, you can’t see anything outside yourself anymore. Whether the light comes from below or above doesn’t really matter then. Why do people do this? Is it to draw everyone’s attention to the fancy home, or is there a deeper reason?

It looks like a light curtain. Therefore, you wouldn’t really expect any significant obstruction when looking outside.

Whether there is a deeper purpose to it, someone who installed it would need to explain.

I don’t find anything problematic about the appearance or the view.

Should all the neighbors be made aware of the stylish home, or is there a deeper meaning?

All the evening walkers should see that the homeowner regards his house as being on par with famous cathedrals.

Near the supermarket close to the *ahem* local expressway, I just saw something similar: the parapet around the entire building glows in a soft purple. If you need it...
