Do you know any shops that sell hand-painted sinks? Ideally in an antique, nostalgic, rustic style. I saw some somewhere, but I can’t remember where... I think they also had handmade sinks made of clay or ceramic.

have you ever checked on "Dawanda"? They offer many hand-painted and heavily antique-looking washbasin tops.

Just try searching for "Dawanda" on Google and then look for "hand-painted washbasins" there.
