ᐅ Looking for someone who can quickly create a sewer system plan for me.

Hello and happy Sunday,

we are currently planning our house. The submission plan has already been submitted to the local building authority, but a complete sewage system plan (soakaway pits, diameters, depth, etc.) and a plan for the rainwater drainage are still missing. Unfortunately, our planner will be abroad for the next few weeks.

I will send you the submission plan electronically (everything you need is included).... As mentioned before, private users are also welcome.
(A small reward or payment will of course be included).

the entire drainage plan seems to be missing? This is required for the building permit / planning permission.
How could this be overlooked?

apparently yes, well, the infiltration shafts are marked, as well as the sewer layout with the depth, but the local authorities require more, specifically a complete drainage plan...

Could you possibly help me with this? Unfortunately, no one has responded to my question here, and I only have a few weeks left for the submission.

well, unfortunately I can’t help with that (and it’s unlikely anyone will be able to assist electronically through the forum). You will need to find someone local who is authorized and able to help you.
As for the planner, I would advise dismissing them and sending them back abroad immediately...

no, no, the planner is actually Austrian, but apparently not very experienced.... hopefully everything will turn out fine in the end.....
