ᐅ Looking for a reputable construction company in Hesse / Darmstadt district

Dear readers,

we have inherited a partially developed building plot of approximately 500 sqm (5400 sq ft) in Pfungstadt (not a new development area). There is no zoning plan or relevant restrictions. The neighborhood consists of large single-family homes and some three-story houses. We want to build a single-family house with two full floors and a living area of about 150 to 170 sqm (1600 to 1830 sq ft), possibly with a hip roof or a flat roof.

Our budget is 500,000 EUR (including additional construction costs, foundation slab, garage, and kitchen). As for the construction method, we are still undecided but tend to prefer a solid masonry house.

Due to the general "construction boom," we are currently finding it difficult to find a 100% reliable and highly rated building company that still has capacity this year. Because we lack time for our own work, we would prefer a turnkey construction and do not want to manage the coordination of trades ourselves.

Does anyone have experience, recommendations, or tips for top building companies that have successfully worked with regional craftsmen for years (no subcontracting chains desired) from the Hesse area or Darmstadt district?

I think it could really be tight for this year.
At the moment, so many new development areas are being developed and released throughout the Rhein-Main region that it will be quite challenging.

I’ll give it some thought; maybe I’ll come up with someone after all.
