Hello everyone, due to the current interest rate and construction cost situation, there is a wide selection of available plots here again.
We are currently considering the large plot at the bottom right, the one directly at the top right next to the multi-family buildings (which is shown as no longer available), or one of the centrally located plots at the top. The lower one would be perfect if it weren’t right next to the multi-family houses (which will be affordable housing). On the other hand, only 2 full floors are allowed there, so the impact might be less severe than one might think? Although it has a higher floor area ratio, that is understandable.
Because of the slope of the multi-family plots, the garden facing east should remain unshaded. Also, the plots probably won’t border the property directly for this reason. Parking spaces directly on the property boundary probably won’t cause too much disturbance? I also think the balconies of the multi-family houses will face south. What do you think? Which plot would you choose? Am I missing something?

So, I’m referring to the plot directly below number 33, which has no number on the plan. I think the plan is quite clear. Wa1 is ruled out due to the eave height.
In terms of the type and extent of building use, everything fits. My main concern is actually the adjacent multi-family houses.

So, I’m referring to the plot directly below number 33 I can’t find it. You can easily add crosses and numbers to GIF or JPG images using Paint (which should be included with every Windows system), then save and upload them.
EDIT:
And as a last resort, you can print it out, label it by hand, and scan it back in.

Thank you for your messages. I agree with you, Katja. That one would be great; the ones without numbers are already taken, except for the larger one at the bottom. It has 750 m² (8,073 sq ft). Although it faces east, it offers a nice open landscape with a few trees towards the east. It’s nicer than being directly next to neighbors. The only downside is the multi-family house, and possibly the east orientation.
Lots 19 and 18 would still be interesting, or 24 and 23, but I don’t think that will work. Alternatively, lot 26.
