ᐅ KfW: Replacement of Roof Windows

Good evening,

We are planning to replace a total of four wooden roof windows from Velux, built in 1998. Two roof windows are located on the north side, and two are on the south side.

The two northern roof windows will be replaced with new Velux plastic windows.

On the south side, instead of roof windows, a wide dormer with a window front will be constructed.

Does anyone have experience with KfW and can share whether replacing roof windows, building an insulated dormer, or installing new windows can all be funded under the same program?

You are more likely to have difficulty finding a bank that offers only the KfW program …

this is not a loan, but solely a subsidy. We recently replaced the entire heating system and were able to apply for this subsidy directly through the FfW.

Then just ask the energy consultant who accompanied you.

That came directly from the heating engineer, so we no longer have access to it :-)
